Число бюджетных мест в учебных заведениях среднего профобразования (СПО) в 2012г. резко уменьшается  На 2012 год общий объем заявок в СПО резко снизился: в этом году планируется принять на бюджет всего лишь 105,7 тыс. человек (порядка 36,8% к плану приема на бюджет в 2011г., фирма Ос.А), и Минобрнауки, так же, как и в случае с НПО, в полном объеме удовлетворил запрос. Для сведения: в 2011 году контрольные цифры приема по программам СПО на бюджет составили 285,1 тыс. человек, а фактически было занято лишь 269 тыс. бюджетных мест.
