Participating in different kinds of sports is not new. People used to compete in sport for many centuries. They want to improve their stamina, to feel full of energy and confidence. But, if competing, people always want to be the best.
So sportsmen train a lot. They repeat different exercises again and again. Footballers and basketballers spend a lot of time running. Most sportsmen try to build up their muscles. Besides such people eat special food, vegetables, which have many vitamins. A man also must have natural qualities to be good in any sport. One must have no problems in his family life and he has to have a good rest in order to be the best.
Some people go even further. They start to use drugs, which are illegal in sports, and such people are often banned from international athletics. In order to build up muscles some body-builders use anabolic steroids. Stimulants are taken by basketballers and footballers to feel full of energy and confidence, to become aggressive and competitive. Beta-blockers help to cool nerves and relieve stress.
But such substances are very dangerous. Steroids can cause liver cancer in men and infertility in women. Stimulants do not create energy - they take it from the body. Eventually, users feel exhausted and washed-out. There is a danger of having a heart attack and one, pushing his body too far, can even die.
Drugs are officially banned in sport. Sportsmen, using drugs, are punished. They may be stripped of their medals if a drugs test on their urine is positive. Besides they are allowed no more to participate in competitions for a large period of time.
I hope sportsmen will stop taking drugs. In that case their chances for winning will be equal and, besides, they will have less problems with their health and with their judges. But some people argue that taking drugs will never be stopped in sports as athletes, who want to get medals will do everything for it and some of them even don't know what they drink. Their coaches decide this for them.
Some specialists even suggest that the list of drugs banned should be much shorter. In that case some sports will become the challenge of firms producing drugs rather than of sportsmen. There is one hope left that at the beginning of the new century medical men will invent less poisonous drugs for muscle build-up and stress relief. |

Министр финансов РФ Силуанов: зарплаты бюджетников вырастут более чем на 8% в 2023 году
Зарплаты граждан, работающих в бюджетном секторе, будут увеличены на более чем 8% в 2023 году. По словам министра финансов России Антона Силуанова данный прирост соответствует прогнозу роста заработной платы экономики. «Заработные платы работников бюджетной сферы вырастут на уровень прогноза роста заработной платы экономики — более 8%», — заявил Силуанов в кулуарах Совета Федерации. В то же время заработные платы сотрудников правоохранительных органов в 2023 году будут расти опережающими темпами и будут зависеть от динамики инфляции в стране.

Губернатор Подмосковья: в регионе откроют центр ИИ-трансформации
Глава Московской области Андрей Воробьев сказал, что в регионе откроют первый в России центр ИИ- трансформации. Проект будет создан на базе Мингосуправления, ИТ и связи, и работать над ним будут Сбер и областное правительство. В рамках нового проекта в регионе будут заниматься развитием искусственного интеллекта, то есть разработкой, пилотированием и внедрением инновационных решений в разных сферах жизни.Уже сейчас в Подмосковье активно используются проекты с искусственным интеллектом. Например, робот Светлана записывает местных жителей на прием к врачу, приложение «Добродел» автоматически распределяет обращения граждан. Как отметил Андрей Воробьев, регион уже работает над созданием новых «умных сервисов». Так, до конца 2022 года планируется внедрить несколько проектов: искусственный интеллект будет составлять расписание общественного транспорта, контролировать несанкционированный сброс строительного мусора и прочее.
